If you would like to become a more effective supervisor, MU Human Resource Services sponsors a Management Fundamentals Certificate Series. In this series, courses are presented that cover the information you need in order to improve your management skills.
This nine-course series is geared towards employees who are new to a supervising staff position or the University. However, the series also provides useful information to anyone with supervisory responsibilities. All courses are presented by HRS in partnership with the Missouri Training Institute and experts across the system.
This academic year, we are offering all nine classes during Fall Semester and again during Winter Semester.
Courses are held September – May, and take place from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. in Room 194 of the General Services Building Check out our course descriptions for more information on each individual course.
