Core Administrative Processing Support (CAPS) Centers provide HR processing services for all faculty, staff, students and courtesy appointments for divisions across campus. This results in:
- Centralized processing expertise
- Fewer errors
- Departments with more time to work on department business
The HRS-CAPS Centers are staffed by:
- HR Specialists responsible for processing services within their assigned divisions.
- HR Assistants responsible for handling the onboarding of all new employees.
The CAPS model gives staff backup for great customer support and direct access to HR and Payroll experts.
