Human Resource Services and the Division of IT provide training on various aspects of PeopleSoft and its related applications as listed below.

PeopleSoft eRecruit Hiring Manager training

For people who need to manage the recruitment process this course covers the management of applicant information and the steps included in the recruitment business process.  View applications and attachments, update applicant dispositions, create or approve a job offer, send applicant correspondence, all this and more. PeopleSoft panel navigation

There are training guides at the UM System website.  Sign in is required to access the materials.  If you or other members of your department need to learn how to navigate in PeopleSoft panels in order to access information such as employment history, payroll history, appointment information, please refer to these guides.   

PeopleSoft query training

The Division of IT Training Department is now providing PS Query training in a two-part webinar format. The link for the HR training materials can be found at http://www.system.edu/ums/hr/peoplesoft-hr/query

Separate materials for using Finance and Student tables with the query tool are also available.  

Time and labor

Tutorials (sign-in required) are available  to guide new users through the process of using online time sheets to record hours worked and leave usage.
