Employment discrimination prevention

The University of Missouri is committed to maintaining a work and learning environment free from discrimination. As learning communities, we must work through education, and where appropriate, intervention and decisive action, to prevent employment discrimination in all forms. We are offering faculty and staff an opportunity to participate in an interactive online training program, Preventing Employment Discrimination.  While this training is especially important for anyone who supervises others, there are separate training options for supervisors and non-supervisors. Therefore, we expect all staff and academic employees to take the course. We all share in the responsibility of creating and maintaining a work environment where faculty and staff are treated equitably.

You can review the material in about one and one half hours. Once you have moved through the entire module, you must complete the mastery test. A score of 80 percent or better is required for successful completion of this training. You may re-take the test as many times as needed.

To access the program:

Log into myHr using your PawPrint/SSO ID.

  1. In the left-hand navigation, select "Self-Service," then "Personal Information" and then "HR training - PED."
