The University of Missouri requires annual performance appraisals for all benefit-eligible, administrative, service and support staff. The performance appraisal provides an ideal opportunity for collaborative, two-way communication between supervisors and their employees. It provides the framework to ensure you are both working towards the same goals and have the same commitments.
There are several divisions who are piloting the myPerformance system. This is a customizable, but structured on-line performance appraisal system that will prepopulate job duty information and simplify record retention.
For divisions not part of the pilot project, no specific appraisal form is required. We have several sample forms available for your use:
