Assistant, Associate or full Professor (090199)
Position: The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in Computer Engineering. A candidate is sought with expertise in one or more of the following areas: computational intelligence, pattern recognition, computer vision, sensor fusion, embedded systems, computer architecture and networks. The department has strong research programs in eldercare technology, geospatial intelligence, robotics, and computational intelligence.
Qualifications: Applicants should have earned a Ph.D. in electrical or computer engineering or a related area. Applicants for Associate or Full Professor must have an outstanding publication record and an ongoing, externally-funded research program in one of the above areas. Applicants at the Assistant Professor level must demonstrate the potential to develop a sustained teaching and research program in one of the areas listed above.
